Obturator hernia

Obturator hernia is a less common type of groin hernia. We therefore describe the clinical presentation and radiological findings associated with obturator hernia in this video.

Both inguinal and femoral canal hernias are much more common and should form part of the differential diagnosis. However, the CT findings described in this video should allow you to confidently make the final decision on an obturator hernia.
